Made from only Pinot Noir with a partial use of barriques in the traditional method. The color is a tenuous pink with almost golden reflections and a clean bouquet of yellow fruit, peach and plumb. The intense, flavorful mouthfeel has a fine effervescence and a lovely progression leading to an intense finish that has a slightly floral aftertaste.
