An interesting year that was, on the other hand, massacred by the foreign press but has come into its own with age. This has a ruby-garnet color and a bouquet that still has fruity notes of cherry, sour cherry and a touch of peach together with a hint of blond tobacco. The elegant mouthfeel has a medium texture, a balanced and distinct progression and a flavorful, slightly salty and persistent finish. The acidity is good and the tannins are polished and engaging.
