An unusual equal blend of Colombana and Vermentino grapes grown in a sandy soil with ample amounts of calcium. The wine has a straw-yellow color and an interesting aromatic profile with scents of star anise, mint, basil and medicinal herbs on a citrus background. It has a tasty mouthfeel with a nice acidity yet still quite soft. Some 30,000 bottles are produced a year.
