100% Durella. Traditional Method with at least 55 months on the less, no dosage and disgorged 2/2023. A golden color with a fine effervescence. The bouquet has delicate notes of white flowers and honey. The mouthfeel is sharp and tight at the center of the palate with a long and saline flavor and a clear and uncompromising character. At times a tad extreme.
