    This has an intense and bright ruby color and a rich aroma with notes of cherry, Marasca cherry, dark fruit and a light hint of fresh prune. There are also floral whiffs of violet and iris, some light spice hints, even sweet ones, and those of cardamom, blond tobacco and spring underbrush. The mouthfeel is intense and progressive with a thick texture upheld by the acidity and tannins of rare finesse. The finish is rich and intense with fruity notes that are still intact.
