A very great, recognized classic, a beautiful homage to the Vernaccia of the past, although in the 1990s this wine was considered incredibly innovative compared to other wines of its kind. The bold straw-yellow color has golden-yellow reflections and the intense aroma is dominated by dark floral components like lavender, yellow wild flowers, notes of black tea and the classic scent of saffron. The mouthfeel is bold, rich and intense with a discreet freshness which struggles to contain the progression. The finish is persistent with an after-sensation of floral notes and those of warm herbs.
