    I, personally, consider this, along with a few extraordinary vintages of Valentini’s Trebbiano, to be one of Italy’s best whites ever. It has a clear, yellow color and aromas of elder and tea that are still intact enhancing a bouquet that will bring tears to your eyes with its notes of wild flowers and wild mint. The mouthfeel is energetic, fresh and almost embalmed considering its age which is totally unheard of for an Italian white. The aftertaste is thrilling.
