A blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon and 35% Merlot that ages for 30 months in Slavonian oak barrels. The wine has a dark and bright ruby color with a very broad and elegant bouquet that easily mixes notes of ripe, red fruit and spices to then close with warm Mediterranean sensations. The mouthfeel is consistent with the aroma and is long with fine tannins and a distinct freshness. The alcoholic content is very low (11.5%) just like in the old days. Annual production: 4,000 bottles.
