Golden to the eye, an initial honey scent stands out before the bouquet opens up with wild flowers, a touch of chestnut and a mineral accent. The mouthfeel is almost severe and asks to be allowed to rest a few years after which it will be excellent. The close is not eternal but persistently dignified.
