Fiano di Avellino 2012

The color is quite strong but also has a nice green reflection. This was one of the best Fiano tasted with an aroma dominated by Mediterranean brush along with hints of almond that recalled the grape. But the aromatic spectrum does not stop there and with breaking its complexity opens with floral notes. The mouthfeel is taut, elegant yet incisive. The persistence is excellent and the wine has a great future.
