    This is made with Roscetto grapes, a variety native to upper Lazio that was rediscovered at Falesco. The wine ages for several months in small barrels and it has a lovely golden-yellow color, aromas of ripe fruit, yellow plum and peach, in particular, and a full-bodied flavor with a wrapping mouthfeel that is rich yet not heavy and everything is refreshed by its acidic component. The finish is long and warm. Serve at 10°C or even less and pair with Spaghetti alla Carbonara.
