Faro Palari 2007

This 2007 is a wonderful vintage that has lived up to the expectations of when it came out. It has a clear and complex aroma with notes of oleander, green tea leaves and a truly intriguing Mediterranean streak of basil. Despite the hot year it came from the progression is fantastic thanks to the great support from the tannins and a lovely acidity that upholds the texture. The aftertaste is fantastic, very broad and with component that recalls the hot year: an elegant tamarind.
