A blend of Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio with a tad of Nocera. It has a clear and still luminous Pinot Noir red color and the bouquet is a triumph of red fruits, currant and spicy notes that are almost oriental. The mouthfeel is silky, almost frighteningly so, a fantastic drop. This is perhaps the most ‘nordic’ Sicilian wine.
