Falerno del Massico Rosso 2000

A blend of 80% Aglianico and 20% Piedirosso which has a beautiful and intact yet not too concentrated ruby color which after 15 years has become a dark brick-red with red nuances. An old favorite of Robert Parker, the aroma is bold with scents of roots and garigue, dried leaves and cinchona. The mouthfeel is consistent, bold and almost tireless as it envelopes your mouth.
