A bubbly made using Charmat method and only Falanghina grapes. It has a bold, straw-yellow color and a fine effervescence. The bouquet has scents of grapefruit, plum, apple and bread crust, while the mouthfeel has an agile structure and an excellent acidity. A balanced and truly pleasing drop.
