    A 100% Falanghina wine that ages on the lees in stainless steel vats for four months. It has a straw-yellow color and an aroma typical of the varietal as well as a sulfurous imprint. The bouquet has notes of apricot, apple and yellow prune along with a light smoky scent. The mouthfeel is fresh and salty with a lasting mentholated sensation and a long aftertaste.
