This 'stock' Falanghina has been produced by the Martusciello family for over 20 years and it is the most classic of all the thousands of Falanghina wines that have inflated the image of this grape. It has a bright yellow color, a bouquet of floral scents and cedar, a full-bodied flavor that is almost salty and an excellent persistence.
Serve at 10°C and pair with raw shellfish or a sauté of mussels and clams.
