The color is a full, greenish straw-yellow while the bouquet is direct and open to aromas of almond, moss and linden flower. The mouthfeel is fat and salty, with ample length. The finish is full, slightly bitter and very persistent with notes of cirrus, cream and bicarbonate. It is difficult to say if and when it will develop the smoky characteristic that distinguish the very great wine.
