This has very bright, greenish straw-yellow color and the aroma is initially a bit harsh, it then opens to notes of fern, herbs and cream. The mouthfeel has a medium body but is a tad bitter at the center of the mouth and the length and dynamism are quite noticeable. The finish has a note of walnut husk. This needs to either breath for quite some time or be decanted beforehand.
