    A hint of immaturity brings out this wine’s claws. It has a pale yet lively color with aromas of green apple, dried leaves and ferns. The mouthfeel has a nice attack, very lively, with limited fruit flavors and a finish that recalls the wood (a cream taste), while the finish is prickly. A wine for those who love style and one which will have a long life. It was strange that a wine that was so nervous at five years of age did not have the smoky trademark.
