    The color is very bold but the wine is neither too woody nor are there traces of oxidation. The aromas are dense with scents of chamomile, tisane, dried fruit and a touch of medicinal herbs. The mouthfeel has a full-bodied attack, with honey and a salty finish followed by wax and bicarbonate. This is a wine with a lovely complexity but without, as the others, that smoky/iodine/peat note which is a typical characteristic Fiano. This is a Fiano without smoke.
