An unfiltered Aglianico without the addition of any sulfites or selected yeasts. The wine has a lively and intense ruby color and a bouquet with distinct scents of violet and prune along with balsamic notes. The mouthfeel has a nice body and is meaty and salty with tannins that are not too strong while the finish has an excellent persistence. Bottles produced: 2,000
