90% Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio. This is not news to anyone, but this Etnarosso is a real powerhouse. Its color is slightly lighter than its younger brother, its aroma is more exuberant and penetrating, even if more defined and austere. The taste is bold and perfectly expressed, more Mediterranean, warm, reassuring. In reality this is just a millesimal of what then becomes something of incredible complexity. Silky tannins of a class wine. For sure a long-life wine, a true champion.
