Their Etnarosso, made from Nerello Mascalese with an addition of Nerello Cappuccio, is a masterpiece. The vineyards are located in the northern part of the DOC area in the town of Castiglione di Sicilia. It has a clear scents of black cherry and aromatic herbs and an agile, elegant, subtle yet persistent flavor. Serve at 18°C, nice with thyme-seasoned lamb loin.
