Presented at Vinitaly 2013, this wine is totally produced at the new Contrada Feudo di Mezzo winery. The Carricante (95%) and Riesling (5%) grapes are fermented separately in steel and the wine is typical of those from the black earth of Etna. It has a clear, straw-yellow color with brushstrokes of green and a bouquet of elegant and complex scents: yellow apple and plum, hawthorn and mint and a distinct minerality. The flavor is agile, fresh and tasty and it blends into a long finish.
