The wine has a straw-yellow color with green reflections. The bouquet is very young which – for now – hinders its expressiveness. There are scents of yellow and white flowers, a vein of stone, a nice lime note and a soothing one of grapefruit that recalls the Riesling (which is 5% of the blend). The mouthfeel is intense, vertical, with a nice thickness and the right progression.
