The crimson color is quite deep and this density is also present in the aroma, which is initially compressed before it opens into an array of numerous and recognizable scents. They begin with cherry and sour cherry, followed by an intense note of chocolate and nutmeg, oriental spices and incense. Suffused in the background are subtle musky veins intertwined with menthol and brackish notes. The taste has body and personality, soft tannins upheld by a robust acidity and a discreet persistence of spices, fruits under spirits and eucalyptus.
