Only Pinot Noir was used for this blend based on the 2013 harvest with 20% composed of vins de réserve. It was made in stainless steel and aged for 24 months on the lees before being disgorged with a dosage of 7g/l. This is a fruity and rich Champagne with notes of prune and licorice and a festive, dark citrusy and raspberry freshness giving it character without any excess. The delicately winey mouthfeel is surprisingly juicy with a balanced acidity and fullness and a pleasing, well-groomed and composed finish.
