The small hill of Kastelaz is without a doubt one of the most important cru in Alto Adige. Blatant proof of this is this splendid wine which has great finesse and elegance, where white fruit and spices intertwine and resist throughout the various stages of tasting. The finish is complex, dynamic and consistent.
