Gewürztraminer Kastelaz 2011

A great year for Kastelaz, a true wine gem made from aromatic Traminer grapes cultivated in the vineyards of the same name overlooking Termeno and owned by Elena Walch. It has a golden color and explosive scents of dog rose and sweet spices, wrapping, intense, fragrant. The flavor is initially soft, tight thanks to the excellent acidic component, with an amazingly long finish. Serve at 10°C as an aperitif or together with a plate of medium-aged goat cheeses.
