    Made from Gewürztraminer grapes, fermented and matured in stainless steel where it sat on the lees for five months. The color is a bright, golden-yellow and the fragrant and aromatic bouquet has notes of dog rose, lychees and those typical of the varietal all very clear. The mouthfeel is saline, pleasing, fine and elegant with a nice body and a finish that is only slightly bitter.
