Made from only Chardonnay from five vineyard parcels around the estate’s headquarters in Camignone where the soil is morainic. Only the first, soft-pressed juice is used with 50% fermented in small oak casks for five months before the wine aging in the bottle for 36 months. When disgorged it is given an extra brut dosage of 1.5g/l.
The wine has a luminous, straw-yellow color with golden reflections and a fine and creamy effervescence. The bouquet has notes of white flowers, linden and verbena, which are balanced by citrus notes, an expressive sapidity and mentholated freshness, with a long and relaxed finish of great elegance and stylistic rigor.
