Duo Bianco 2010

An equal blend of Garganega and Chardonnay grapes. Rarely have I ever tasted a wine that was so perfect to accompany traditional Pugliese dishes. This includes fish in general but it is also great with orecchiette with turnip tops. The wine has a clear, straw-yellow color and the bouquet is bursting with wild flowers. The taste is lively, fresh and cleansing. Extremely drinkable in its apparent simplicity.
