Made from Gaglioppo grapes and matured in stainless steel. This was one of the first wines made under the supervision of the new enologist and while there is no radical change, the style is slightly different with a stronger aroma and more elegant flavor. The result is very positive and achieves its objective. The color is a bright and intact ruby and the bouquet has an intense note of strawberry tree fruit, red fruit and an interesting touch of cola and bergamot. The mouthfeel has great class with a thick texture and nice progression making this a wine that is not muscular but mellow and flavorful with a finish which is truly outstanding for this type of wine.
