Made with a selection of the best Greco grapes from the 2011 harvest in the area of Tufo. After aging on the less for 36 months in the bottle, the wine was disgorged at the beginning of 2016 without the addition of any sugar dosage. The bubbly has an expressive dryness, not lacking in intensity, with a bouquet of spring flowers, a combination of citrus and, chamomile, and notes of white peach and fresh walnut. The mouthfeel is crispy and dynamic with sensations of almond and tangerine and because it there is no dosage it is austere with no frills. Nevertheless, overall it is pleasingly balanced also thanks to a well-finished effervescence that is zesty and fresh.
