Disgorged in 2010. Dosage: 6.5g/l. The wine has a bright golden nuances and an aromatic and opulent, complex and refined bouquet. In it are slightly toasted notes of barley cookies and salty caramel, sweet aromatic herbs like laurel and verbena, a taut citrus vein of bergamot and candied ginger, a spicy touch with a veil of honey and a crispy almond background. The mouthfeel is rich and precise, rounded and yet at the same time distinguished by a precise acidity that is still bold. The progression is gourmand, full and satisfying with a return of citrus making it wrapping and creamy while the finish is of salty caramel and toasted sensations, everything vibrant and elegant.
