100% Timorasso. Matures in stainless steel sur lie. Pale golden yellow. A complex nose: faintly smoky notes, then grapefruit, white peaches and citrons. Lively, alcoholic, full-bodied flavor; very saline, gutsy and characterful. Excellent finish.
