100% Lambrusco di Sorbara. Traditional method (second fermentation in the bottle). Light red colour with lively sparkles. The aromas are charming with wild strawberries and raspberries. The mouthfeel is very fresh, with some pleasant and stimulating roughness. Not an immediate Lambrusco as the most of this sort of wine, but complex and firm.
