De La Tour Sauvignon 2013

This wine is ferments in steel and spends at least seven months on the lees. The color is a distinct and luminous straw-yellow with golden and lucent reflections. The bouquet is fine and reserved with distinct aromatic notes of rare elegance that recall white peach, grapefruit, elder, sage and lychees. The mouthfeel is straightforward and velvety with significant texture, an acidic streak and a nice salinity. The aftertaste is full of aromas and assorted nuances.
