The Tintilia grapes for this wine are cultivated in a vineyard situated at an altitude of some 500m. The lovely, bright color is that of a Tropea onion skin while the intense and clear aroma has notes that are slightly balsamic, spicy and of yellow plum. The attack of the mouthfeel is tasty, very agile, with an excellent acidity, nice softness and an intriguing flavor of raspberry. The finish is very flavorful and pleasing with an elegant persistence.
While rosé wines these days seem evermore anemic and colorless, this wine bucks the trend with its lovely color and great personality, plus it also ages well.
