What is so amazing about this wine is how such a densely cultivated vineyard (8-10 hectoliters per hectare) can produce such indescribable elegance. The aroma is an explosion of spicy, fruit and citrus notes and in the mouthfeel the tannins are silky and accompany an austere, solid and fine structure.
