    100% Fiano grapes. Ferments in stainless steel. Clear golden yellow. Balsamic aromas, notes of citrus, eucalyptus, mint and hints of graphite. The notes of humus and elegant smoky puffs. Great marked acidity. Iodine in the finish. Long and pleasing, it still seems very young.
