Made from Dolcetto grapes from the vineyards of the same name that macerate on the skins for 12 days with the wine maturing in glass-lined cement vats for 18 months. The color is a quite intense and limpid ruby-red with bright but darker reflections and the aroma has fresh and pronounced fruity notes with hints of spice and pepper. The austere, serious and concentrated mouthfeel has great balance, salinity and persistence with tannins that are finely balanced yet have a greater impact. A wine with a voluptuous drinkability.

    Bottles produced: 6,000.
