Made from Dolcetto grapes that macerate for 5-6 days before the wine matures for 4-5 months in stainless steel and glass-lined cement vats. The wine has a ruby-red color that is not too intense but limpid with bright reflections. The bouquet has fresh and distinct fruity notes with spicy whiffs. The mouthfeel is austere, not too much so, and balanced with a nice salinity and persistence and finely balanced tannins. Truly very drinkable.

    Bottles produced: 22,000.
