This white is 100% Greco Bianco, 75% of which ferments in steel and 25% in French oak. It has a straw-yellow color with golden-green reflections. The bouquet has fine and slightly toasted aromas of banana, citrus, apple and hawthorn. The mouthfeel has a nice balance between the fresh, mineral and alcoholic components that help make it agile and persistent while the finish is almond-like.
