    Made from Dolcetto grapes grown on ungrafted vines in the vineyard of the same name that macerate on the skins for 12 days before maturing in glass-lined cement vats for 24 months. The ruby-red color here is unusually dark but remains limpid with bright and lively reflections. The aroma has the varietal’s fresh, fruity notes and a pronounced spiciness. The mouthfeel is also pronounced, very saline yet flowing with a truly long persistence, all with great elegance but also with a rich texture.
