A cool and rainy growing with persistent precipitation through the month of July. The wine has a medium, luminous straw-yellow color with green reflections. The aromas are clear and distinct with scents of lavender, wild herbs and seawater. The attack of the mouthfeel is tart with a flavor of aromatic herbs while the center of the mouth and finish are seawater salty, very lithe and deep. This vintage is more nervous and profound than the 2015 and is not at all demanding at the table.
