A hot year with a lot of rain in both spring and summer. The golden, straw-yellow color has green reflections while the bouquet is initially almost mute. With ample breathing a light scent of yellow flowers emerges along with a hint of seawater. The mouthfeel is tart at the start with notes of aromatic herbs at the center of the mouth and a salty finish. Another wine that has aged in the bottle but one with backbone and breathing brings out its structure and notes of licorice.
