Hail reduced production and the growing season was wet with a very hot summer. The color is a golden, straw-yellow color with green reflections and a ‘Riesling-esque’ aroma with a distinct sensations of petroleum and notes of rosemary and, above all, lavender that are quite amazing while scents of oregano open the nose. The mouthfeel is biting with sensations of petroleum and lavender and a great, full-bodied finish, a distinct oregano aftertaste and a sweet and subtle mineral sensations as a footnote.
