    100% Durella. Traditional Method with at least 36 months on the lees and an extra-brut dosage. An intense straw-yellow with a lovely effervescence. The nose pre-announces the wine’s salinity with iodine notes that give way to an infusion of yellow fruit in the background. The mouthfeel is taut yet creamy, with notes of white fruit, especially pear, which soften the wine’s intrinsic sharpness.
